- Eligibility for Refund
RORO (operated by DDUP Business Service AB) provides refund services under the following conditions. Users must read and comply with this policy. - eSIM Refunds
2.1 Non-activated eSIM
Full refunds are available for non-activated eSIMs and plans, provided the request is submitted via [email protected]with proof of purchase before the plan’s expiration.
2.2 Activated eSIM
If the eSIM is activated or any data has been consumed, RORO reserves the right to deny refunds. If service failure is caused by partner network issues, a full/partial refund or compensation may be granted based on investigation results.
- Physical SIM Refunds
3.1 Unused Physical SIM
Unused physical SIMs in original packaging may be returned within 14 days for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
3.2 Purchases via Distributors
eSIMs/Physical SIMs purchased through distributors or partners must be refunded through the original channel. RORO does not process such refunds directly.
- Refund Process
4.1 To request a refund, email [email protected]with:- Order number & proof of purchase
- Device model & issue description (if applicable)
RORO will process within 15 business days and notify the outcome.
4.2 Refund Method
Refunds are issued solely to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by payment provider.
- Exceptions
RORO is not liable for refunds caused by:
- Device incompatibility or user configuration errors
- Lack of network coverage at destination (non-operator issues)
- Failure to follow installation/activation instructions.
- Dispute Resolution
Disputes regarding refunds shall be governed by Swedish law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Swedish courts.
Effective Date
Effective from November 1, 2024. RORO reserves the right to amend this policy, with updates published on our official website.
