Easily Recharge Your RORO SIM Card or eSIM in Just a Few Steps

At RORO, we offer a simple and seamless top-up process for both our physical SIM cards and eSIMs. Whether you're traveling to a new destination or need more data, you can easily recharge your SIM card or eSIM from anywhere in the world.

Follow the steps below to quickly top up your RORO SIM:

How to Top-Up Your RORO SIM Card or eSIM:

Step 1: Add a SIM card or eSIM to your account

You need to have a SIM card or eSIM to top up to in your account with RORO. You can log in to buy a new eSIM or add the SIM card or eSIM you already have to your account with ICCID and PIN/Verification code which you can find on the back side of RORO physical SIM card or eSIM purchase email.

If you already have the SIM or eSIM binded to your account, you can skip this step.

Log in to My SIMs>Add SIM Cards>fill in ICCID and PIN/Verification code

Step 2: Choose Your Data Plan

Select the denstination and data plan that best suits your current travel needs. Local data plans are for single country coverage. If you have multiple countries in one trip, you can choose Regioonal or Global plans or buy Local plans for each country.

Then click " BUY NOW/TOP UP" button.

Step 3: Complete Payment

Select "Top up/Recharge Existing eSIM/SIM" then "Select an existing eSIM/SIM" from the dropdown list. 

If you want to charge the data plan for others or not binded to your account yet, you can choose "Recharge another eSIM/SIM" and fill in the ICCID and PIN/Verification code.

 

 

 

Step 4: Confirmation

After completing the payment, you will receive a confirmation email. Your new data plan will be automatically added and activated after your previous data plan run out! If your previous data plan already run out, the newly top up data plan will be activated automatically. 

 

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

  • How long does it take for the top-up to be activated?  Your top-up will be activated within a few minutes after payment. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as it’s ready to use.
  • Where can I find my SIM card or eSIM ICCID number and PIN?  For physical SIM cards, the numbers are printed on the backside of the card. For eSIMs, you can find the numbers in the confirmation email sent after your purchase or in My SIMs page after log in.

                                                       

  • Can I top up before my current plan expires?   Yes, you can top up at any time. Your new plan will be added to your account and will activate once your current plan has been fully used or expired.
  • Will my SIM card or eSIM expire if I don't top up?  No, RORO SIM cards and eSIMs are valid for two years. You can recharge anytime within this period without needing to replace the card.
  • Can I use the same SIM card or eSIM for multiple top-ups?  Yes! RORO SIM cards and eSIMs are reusable. Simply recharge with a new plan whenever and any destination you need more data.
