1. How can I top-up if I need more data?
   1. Log In: Go to www.roroesim.com or use the RORO app and log in to your account.
   2. Top-Up Support: RORO supports top-up for both eSIM and physical SIM data plans.
   3. Register an Account: You need an account to top-up. Add the ICCIDand verification code/PIN for your eSIM or physical SIM. If you purchased the eSIM with the registered account, this info is automatically added. Otherwise, you need to add it manually using the details from the eSIM intallation info email or printed on the physical SIM.
   4. Select Plan & Pay: Choose a data plan, click “TOP UP”, you will be asked you want to buy a new eSIM or buy a new plan for the existed card (choose the ICCID connected to your account). Then you choose the ICCID number which you want to top up and complete the payment. Your data will be added instantly.

    

2. What should I do with my RORO eSIM or physical SIM after travel?

   Keep your RORO eSIM or physical SIM for future trips because we are reusable!

   Both eSIMs and physical SIMs are valid for up to 2 years after the previous data plan expires. You can top up with a new plan whenever you need within 2 years. 

   So keep RORO in your phone, there’s no need to get a new SIM every time you travel.

3. How can I connect my account and my RORO cards?

   To connect your RORO eSIM or physical SIM to your account, follow these steps:

   1. Log In: Visit the RORO website or use the RORO app and log in to your account.
   2. Bind SIM Card: In the My SIMs section, select the option to add a new SIM cards.
   3. Enter ICCID and PIN: Enter the ICCID number and the PIN code provided at the time of purchase. You can find this information in the eSIM installation email or printed on your physical SIM card.
   4. Complete the Process: Once the information is verified, your SIM card will be connected to your account, allowing you to manage it, track usage, top-up, and select data plans easily.

4. How to monitor the usage of the data plan?
   1. For eSIM:Log into your RORO account to view your eSIM details and data usage.
   2. For Physical SIM:Register an account, then add your SIM's ICCID and PIN code to see its data plan information.
   3. Monitor & Top-Up:Track real-time data usage and top-up as needed through your account.
   4. Plan Validity:Both eSIM and physical SIM are reusable and remain valid for 2 years after the expiration of the previous data plan, allowing for future top-ups.
