How can I top-up if I need more data?

  1. Log In: Go to www.roroesim.com or use the RORO app and log in to your account.
  2. Top-Up Support: RORO supports top-up for both eSIM and physical SIM data plans.
  3. Register an Account: You need an account to top-up. Add the ICCIDand verification code/PIN for your eSIM or physical SIM. If you purchased the eSIM with the registered account, this info is automatically added. Otherwise, you need to add it manually using the details from the eSIM intallation info email or printed on the physical SIM.
  4. Select Plan & Pay: Choose a data plan, click “TOP UP”, you will be asked you want to buy a new eSIM or buy a new plan for the existed card (choose the ICCID connected to your account). Then you choose the ICCID number which you want to top up and complete the payment. Your data will be added instantly.
