What is a fixed data plan?

A fixed data plan provides a set amount of data (e.g., 1GB, 5GB, etc.) that is valid for a specified number of days. This type of plan is ideal for short trips or users with moderate data needs, as it helps control costs by only charging for the data you need. However, once the allocated data is used up or the plan expires, you’ll need to top-up to continue using the service. Note that any unused data will expire and cannot be refunded or carried over.

Additionally, a fixed data plan allows you to share the full data amount via hotspot with other devices, making it perfect for users with data-sharing needs.

Example:  1GB  7 Days

  • 1GB: This plan includes a total of 1GB of data.
  • 7 Days: The data is valid for 7 days from the moment of activation. After 7 days, the plan will expire, and the service will stop. You will need to purchase a new plan to continue using data.

The validity period starts when the RORO eSIM or physical SIM connects to a supported network in the coverage area. To maximize the validity period, we recommend activating the plan after arriving at your destination. You need to activate the plan within 180 days after purchase, otherwise the plan will be expired and no refund available.

When selecting a fixed data plan, consider both the amount of data and the validity period to ensure it covers the length of your stay and your data usage needs. You can also take advantage of our convenient top-up feature, which allows you to start with an initial plan and add more data or days if needed later.
